What's New Asda staff present gifts to Eighteen and Under Asda in Kirkton today (Wednesday) presented Eighteen And Under with a collection of toiletries for young people and nappies for babies who visit with their mums. The gifts, which were collected by staff, are worth in excess of £100. 4 year old Leona Bruce collected them on behalf of Eighteen And Under . Mary Robertson from Asda said ‘Charities like Eighteen And Under need all the help we can give them to continue to do their great work with troubled youngsters. People don’t realise that things like toiletries and nappies can be so useful. We’re all very happy to be supporting Eighteen And Under.’ Laurie Matthew, Coordinator of Eighteen And Under said ‘A great big thank you to the staff at Asda for thinking of us. We see so many young people with difficulties in their lives and we’re always looking for gifts to lift their spirits around Christmas time.’ Eighteen And Under offers free and confidential information and support to young people, aged eighteen and under, who have experienced any kind of abuse.
